We deliver cutting-edge lighting and architectural solutions for high-profile hospitality, retail, residential, and public realm projects. <\/p>\n<h3>Role Overview <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support innovative lighting design solutions from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with both aesthetic and functional goals under the team leader. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, clients, and other relevant stakeholders to integrate lighting seamlessly into projects. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and mentor project teams to achieve high\u2011quality outcomes that exceed client expectations, balancing creativity with technical precision. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Creative Design <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Help develop lighting concepts for varied environments under the Senior Designer. <\/li>\n<li>Present designs using sketches, diagrams, and mood boards. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance architectural, interior, and landscape features while balancing functionality, sustainability, and budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Discern unique lighting opportunities and craft creative out\u2011of\u2011the\u2011box solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure storytelling through lighting design that aligns with clients&#8217;
