The role ensures timely mobilization smooth onboarding and proper documentation of all technician workforce. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>1. Recruitment Local &#038; Overseas (Technicians) <\/h3>\n<h3>Local Recruitment <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and organize local recruitment drives. <\/li>\n<li>Screen and shortlist candidates. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate technical interviews with business\/technical teams. <\/li>\n<li>Issue offer letters and manage candidate acceptance. <\/li>\n<li>Validate documents and initiate visa requests. <\/li>\n<li>Complete onboarding based on manpower requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Overseas Recruitment <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and manage complete overseas technician recruitment cycles. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with international recruitment agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare travel itineraries (flights accommodation) for recruitment trips. <\/li>\n<li>Obtain required approvals from management. <\/li>\n<li>Travel with Technical Managers for overseas selections when required. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare evaluation and selection reports. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with agencies for visa medicals and required documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Submit visa requests and share issued visas with agencies. <\/li>\n<li>Confirm travel itineraries for selected candidates. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate onboarding upon arrival. <\/li>\n<li>Inform business and relevant teams upon candidate arrivals. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate airport pickup and arrival logistics. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Onboarding Technicians <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct company induction for new joiners. <\/li>\n<li>Create employee codes\/records in HR systems. <\/li>\n<li>Collect and hand over employee documents for personnel files. <\/li>\n<li>Arrange biometric\/RFID access for new employees. <\/li>\n<li>Share onboarding details and IDs with Payroll\/HR Operations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Medical Insurance &#038; PR Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply and activate medical insurance for new employees. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the PR\/PRO team for visa medicals Emirates ID and government services. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. E-Migrate \/ International Hiring Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare Demand Letters and Power of Attorney for overseas recruitment. <\/li>\n<li>Submit Emigrate clearance requests and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Visa Renewal &#038; Compliance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate and manage the visa renewal process for technicians. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate multi-level approval workflows with relevant departments. <\/li>\n<li>Follow up with approvers to complete all steps within required timelines. <\/li>\n<li>Arrange employee signatures and documentation for visa renewal. <\/li>\n<li>Share all necessary documents with the PR\/PRO team for visa processing. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate for Visa Medical and Emirates ID applications. <\/li>\n<li>Update relevant stakeholders once medical tests and biometrics are scheduled. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Reports &#038; Workforce Data <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain monthly recruitment and agency activity reports. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update onboarding data for both local and overseas hires. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain trackers such as:\n<ul>\n<li>Visa Renewal Tracker <\/li>\n<li>Medical Examination Tracker <\/li>\n<li>Emirates ID Tracker <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7. Promotions &#038; Salary Revisions <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support technician-to-staff promotions. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate documentation and approvals for salary revisions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>8. Employee Engagement &#038; Recognition <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support employee engagement programs and HR initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in employee awards and recognition activities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>9.
