Your mission is to be the undisputed expert, responsible for the end-to-end management of all performance marketing campaigns. You will not just manage spend; you will architect scalable, multi-channel strategies that directly impact our clients\u2019 most important KPIs\u2014from app installs and user acquisition to e-commerce sales and lead generation. <\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Portfolio &#038; Client Management: <\/b> Own the strategy, execution, and performance of your own client portfolio, serving as the senior technical lead and strategic advisor. <\/li>\n<li><b>Performance Strategy: <\/b> Architect and execute sophisticated, full-funnel performance marketing strategies across all key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.). <\/li>\n<li><b>Campaign Management: <\/b> Manage campaigns hands-on, including setup, daily optimization, budget pacing, and audience segmentation. <\/li>\n<li><b>Technical Expertise: <\/b> Serve as the internal expert on tracking, attribution, and data integrity. You will be responsible for pixel implementation, GTM\/GA4 setups, conversion API, and app-based tracking (MMP). <\/li>\n<li><b>Analysis &#038; Reporting: <\/b> Go beyond basic reporting. You will deliver deep, data-driven insights, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations to clients, clearly linking campaign performance to their business goals. <\/li>\n<li><b>Client Leadership: <\/b> Confidently lead client meetings, QBRs, and strategy presentations. You must be able to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate clear, strategic value. <\/li>\n<li><b>Mentorship: <\/b> Act as a senior figure in the team, mentoring junior specialists and sharing best practices in performance marketing. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>What We Must Have (Qualifications) <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>5+ years of hands-on experience <\/b> in performance marketing, with a <b>mandatory background in a fast-paced agency environment <\/b> . <\/li>\n<li><b>Based in Dubai <\/b> and familiar with the regional market. <\/li>\n<li><b>Proven Vertical Expertise: <\/b> Demonstrable track record of managing large, complex accounts in at least two of the following verticals: <\/li>\n<li><b>E-commerce <\/b> (ROAS optimization, Shopping Ads, feed management) <\/li>\n<li><b>Finance <\/b> (Lead generation, compliance, CPL\/CPA models) <\/li>\n<li><b>Automotive <\/b> (Lead generation, local inventory ads) <\/li>\n<li><b>Deep Technical Knowledge: <\/b> Expert-level, hands-on skills with: <\/li>\n<li>Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube) <\/li>\n<li>Meta Ads (Facebook &#038; Instagram) <\/li>\n<li>TikTok Ads <\/li>\n<li><b>A valid UAE driver\u2019s license <\/b> and willingness to travel for frequent client meetings within Dubai. <\/li>\n<li>Flawless spoken and written English. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Who You Are (The \u201cMust-Haves\u201d) <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>A Data-Driven Strategist: <\/b> You live in the data.
