About the Role <\/h3>\n

We are looking for a Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment cycles coordinate directly with clients and support our executive search mandates. <\/p>\n

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive organized and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. As this is a full-time onsite position in Dubai we are especially looking for candidates who are already in the UAE and can join immediately. <\/p>\n

Talent Sourcing & Screening <\/h3>\n

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure. <\/li>\n
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn job portals networking and referrals. <\/li>\n
  • Screen and shortlist candidates as per client requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Client Coordination <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Understand job briefs hiring needs and mandate expectations from clients. <\/li>\n
    • Schedule interviews share feedback and maintain clear communication with client stakeholders. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Candidate Management <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Conduct HR screening calls and preliminary assessments. <\/li>\n
      • Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure an excellent candidate experience. <\/li>\n
      • Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the process. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Search Execution Support <\/h3>\n

        • Assist senior consultants in delivering executive search assignments. <\/li>\n
        • Prepare candidate reports summaries and structured submissions. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Market Research & Insights <\/h3>\n

          • Stay updated on recruitment trends talent availability and market movement. <\/li>\n
          • Share insights to refine search strategies and improve delivery efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate). <\/li>\n
