Manages, monitors and reviews a caseload through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of therapeutic interventions. Conducts both one-to-one and group counselling services to assist patients requiring therapeutic interventions. <\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures the range and level of interventions, treatments and activities complies with relevant regulations <\/li>\n<li>Advises and informs guardians, relatives, and significant others of patients\u2019 conditions and treatment; <\/li>\n<li>Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions in various modalities \u2013 CBT, CFT, EMDR, Trauma focused CBT, DBT <\/li>\n<li>Organizes, provides and evaluates academic, personal, social and emotional counselling; <\/li>\n<li>Builds a good rapport with patients and delivers effective counselling and feedback on progress; <\/li>\n<li>Uses a variety of techniques to assist patients to reach their own resolutions or develops strategies to address and remedy their concern; <\/li>\n<li>Provides one to one support therapy along with group support therapy; <\/li>\n<li>Writes psychological assessment reports; <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of pathways within specialist areas and provide team guidance and training on suitable approaches including but not limited to supervision. <\/li>\n<li>Completes records and all service monitoring requirements on time and to a high standard ensuring full compliance; <\/li>\n<li>Maintains a high standard of knowledge in the subject area and continues to update this knowledge by attending CPD courses among others including but not limited to eating disorders; <\/li>\n<li>Works and liaises with the Centre\u2019s multidisciplinary team; <\/li>\n<li>Attends team meetings, supervision sessions and training as required; <\/li>\n<li>Referring clients to other healthcare professionals where appropriate; <\/li>\n<li>Liaising with healthcare professionals as part of a health management team; <\/li>\n<li>Other duties as may be delegated in line with the service provision. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge \/ Education \/ Skills <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 years\u2019 Psychology experience; <\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in clinical psychology from an accredited university; <\/li>\n<li>DHA License holder <\/li>\n<li>A Master\u2019s degree in clinical psychology or a Master\u2019s degree in a specific branch of counselling; <\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers; Arabic &#038; English <\/li>\n<li>Good computer proficiency (eg.
