We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant HR Manager to support our growing team and ensure smooth HR operations. <\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Recruitment and Onboarding: <\/b> Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees. <\/li>\n<li><b>Employee Relations: <\/b> Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances, promoting a positive and productive work environment. <\/li>\n<li><b>Performance Management: <\/b> Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems and employee development plans. <\/li>\n<li><b>HR Policy Implementation: <\/b> Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies, updating policies as required. <\/li>\n<li><b>Training and Development: <\/b> Coordinate training sessions and workshops to support employee growth and engagement. <\/li>\n<li><b>Records Management: <\/b> Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including contracts, leave balances, and performance reviews. <\/li>\n<li><b>HR Reporting: <\/b> Prepare regular HR reports, such as recruitment metrics, employee turnover, and engagement surveys, for senior management. <\/li>\n<li><b>Administrative Support: <\/b> Assist with payroll preparation, visa processing, and other HR administrative tasks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/b> Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE, with at least 1 year in a similar role. <\/li>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645: <\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory). <\/li>\n<li><b>Skills: <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR best practices. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems. <\/li>\n<li>Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Languages: <\/b> Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>What We Offer: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Salary: <\/b> AED 8,000 \u2013 AED 14,000 per month. <\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development and career growth. <\/li>\n<li>A supportive and inclusive team environment. <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to a dynamic and fast-paced real estate industry. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u0643\u064a\u0641\u064a\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u062a\u0642\u062f\u064a\u0645: <\/b><br \/>Please complete the contact form below this job post and upload your CV directly on this page.
