Beyond resolving issues, you\u2019ll help identify patterns, improve workflows, and contribute to product enhancements that scale.<\/p><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about helping millions of customers.<\/p><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><\/p><h2>What You\u2019ll Be Responsible for<\/h2><ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Provide initial and timely responses to all support cases for a variety of topics, from billing or pre-sales requests to usage optimization or disputes<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Debug\/Identify user-specific issues such as failed payments, unsettled invoices, payment extensions<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Triage support cases including directing users to previous answers, code examples, documentation, or escalating to specific technical or business team members.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Identify where internal tooling might be developed or obtained to improve support efficiency.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Reproduce issues, create test cases and improve test coverage, if you have experience with testing.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><\/p><h2><strong>You Might Be a Good Fit If You<\/strong><\/h2><ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Experienced in customer support, with 2+ years of experience providing billing support to technical customers.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Have experience in async or globally distributed teams<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and moving quickly<\/p><\/li><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">Being proficient in SQL is a bonus<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/h3><ul style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><li><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\"><strong>Fully Remote<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"min-height:1.5em\">We hire globally.
