The Director will lead and manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Technical Account Managers (TAMs).  The Director may also manage ES, CSM and\/or TAM managers within their territory, as the scale and needs of that territory dictates. The Director will be responsible for customer gross retention rate (GRR), net retention rate (NRR), net promoter score (NPS), customer health score, and CS-sourced sales qualified opportunities (SQO) for their portfolio of accounts.
