This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-quality publisher relationships, and optimizing program performance across content, loyalty, and deal partners.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re not just managing a program\u2014you\u2019re actively growing it. \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Program Ownership &amp; Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own day-to-day management of the CJ affiliate program<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute strategies to drive scalable revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Set and hit monthly\/quarterly performance targets (revenue, ROAS, CPA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Publisher Recruitment &amp; Relationship Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proactively recruit new publishers across content, commerce, loyalty, and influencer verticals<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with top-performing affiliates<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate placements, commissions, and exclusive opportunities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Campaign &amp; Offer Management<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan and execute promotional calendars (seasonal, product launches, tentpole moments)<\/li>\n<li>Create compelling offers, bonuses, and incentives to drive partner performance<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams on product priorities and messaging<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Performance Optimization<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze affiliate performance data and identify growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Continuously optimize commission structures, partner mix, and placements<\/li>\n<li>Monitor attribution, incrementality, and partner quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Platform Management (CJ)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage CJ dashboard, including partner approvals, link tracking, creatives, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and compliance across all partners<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical or tracking issues as they arise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with paid media, influencer, and content teams to align strategies<\/li>\n<li>Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing affiliate assets<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with finance on payouts, budgets, and forecasting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of affiliate marketing experience, with&nbsp;<strong>hands-on CJ platform expertise<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate programs<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationships across affiliate publishers (media, content, loyalty, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV)<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience negotiating partnerships and placements<\/li>\n<li>Highly proactive\u2014comfortable building from scratch, not just maintaining<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with DTC brands (especially in CPG, beauty, or apparel)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with other affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten, ShareASale)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of influencer\/creator affiliate models<\/li>\n<li>Experience with promo strategy and retail calendars<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What Success Looks Like<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistent MoM revenue growth from the
