In this role, you will manage supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile accounts, and help maintain clean finance operations, in direct collaboration with our Financial Controller, Nikolett, and our CFO, Marusa.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Collect, verify and process incoming supplier invoices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Rename, organize, and upload files into the accounting system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Ensure complete documentation for posting by the accountant<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Monitor automated bank feeds and identify missing receipts or unmatched items<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Follow up with internal teams to obtain missing invoices or supporting documentation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Prepare payment batches for CFO review and approval<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Ensure accounts payable balances are reconciled correctly in the system<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Highlight discrepancies and follow up for resolution<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Assist with month-end AP checks as required<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Act as operational contact for bank compliance or documentation requests<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Support timely responses to KYC\/AML or bank-related queries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n 2\u20134+ years\u2019 experience in accounts payable, finance operations, or related field<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Relevant formal education (Accounting\/Finance\/Business Management or similar)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong organizational skills and extremely detail-oriented<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Comfortable working with online banking portals and payment tools<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency operations<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n We\u2019re a fully remote group of A-players from Tier 1 tech<\/strong>, led by an exec team who\u2019ve launched, scaled, and exited multiple companies<\/strong>.
