To lead Trade &#038; Treasury Platforms portfolio and ensure timely completion of Projects initiatives \/ Tasks within approved budget in order to meet strategic Technology Road map. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for end-to-end management of Trade, Treasury, Limits Management platforms, including vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, regulator liaison, and timely implementation of changes, with secondary responsibility of managing associated Trade &#038; Treasury platforms as assigned. <\/li>\n<li>To provide adequate support, guidance &#038; motivation to the team members in order to ensure the achievement of assigned projects. <\/li>\n<li>Review team performance and deliverables in line with the approved KPIs to ensure meeting desired objectives <\/li>\n<li>Coach, train and develop team skills by identifying training needs and assign appropriate learning platform to the team. <\/li>\n<li>To meet with stakeholders to discuss subject related to the projects\/CR and provide them with necessary suggestions &#038;
