A thorough understanding of corporate taxation in <strong>Russia, UAE, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland <\/strong>, and the <strong>EU <\/strong> is essential. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Capital Management &#038; Investment Strategy: <\/strong> Lead capital allocation, liquidity management, and financial structuring to optimize capital efficiency and funding. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial Performance &#038; Risk Management: <\/strong> Drive budgeting, forecasting, and risk assessment using advanced analytics and reporting tools. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Financial Reporting &#038; Compliance: <\/strong> Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in line with <strong>IFRS <\/strong> and <strong>EU regulations <\/strong>, including multi-entity consolidation. <strong>Strong working knowledge of DAC6 and other EU corporate reporting obligations is required. <\/strong> <\/li>\n<li><strong>Operational Excellence &#038; Cost Optimization: <\/strong> Identify and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency, streamline financial processes, and enhance operational agility. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Banking &#038; Investor Relations: <\/strong> Establish and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Technology &#038; Process Optimization: <\/strong> Lead the financial digital transformation agenda, including ERP implementation and automation of reporting processes. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Board Engagement: <\/strong> Serve as a strategic advisor to shareholders and the Board, delivering clear, data-driven financial insights and recommendations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Key Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/strong> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
