Our mission is to empower creators and drive industry innovation by collaborating closely with major social media platforms. <\/p>\n<h3>About The Role <\/h3>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Platforms to lead our platform management strategy and activities. In this role, you will oversee relationships with major social media platforms, including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat. Your leadership will drive cross\u2011platform initiatives, optimize creator integrations, and develop sustainable partnerships that deliver value to both creators and platforms. Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Establish long\u2011term partnerships that drive value for both creators and platforms <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate partnership performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to integrate platform needs into broader business operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with programming, marketing, operations, and creator management teams to ensure successful execution of platform initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Lead and coordinate multi\u2011departmental projects that involve platform partners <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment across departments to deliver a unified message and approach <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, business development, or senior roles within digital media or creator economy <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience working with major social media platforms and strong understanding of their ecosystems <\/li>\n<li>Proven record of strategic leadership and successful partnership development <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast\u2011paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English;
