In this vital role you will mainly be responsible for improving revenue and market share in the assigned district by driving promotion activities and providing leadership to the field force. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design &#038; implement Sales force\/Customer Engagement strategy <\/li>\n<li>Lead &#038; coach sales team <\/li>\n<li>Efficiently work with the brand team and take leadership for customer\u2011centric strategies with relevant internal partners <\/li>\n<li>Translate Amgen affiliate and brand strategy into regional plans (to deliver successful treatments) <\/li>\n<li>Analyze the sales performance of the relevant brands in the district and identify key levers for action <\/li>\n<li>Keep business unit team advised of any market changes \/ competitor activity relevant to strategy implementation and development <\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation of the Marketing\/Commercial tactics by development of territory plans with the team <\/li>\n<li>Supervise progress of marketing messages and programs <\/li>\n<li>Lead approved budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of resources to meet the plan and financial control <\/li>\n<li>Plan, allocate and supervise team expenses budget to ensure budgetary control <\/li>\n<li>Supervise implementation of plan of actions throughout sales cycles and ensure budget spend within agreed time, costs, compliance, and quality parameters <\/li>\n<li>Monitor, evaluate and act on field force metrics and standards to improve sales force efficiency from a quantitative and qualitative perspective <\/li>\n<li>Build a strong sales team by recruiting and selecting candidates and efficiently onboarding new hires <\/li>\n<li>Coach and motivate team members to achieve\/exceed territory goals and optimize individual and team engagement <\/li>\n<li>Conduct annual and ongoing performance reviews and capability assessment within the framework of Amgen\u2019s performance management process <\/li>\n<li>Develop individual team members to continuously improve overall level of performance in their role and for future (talent) development <\/li>\n<li>Support the team on external key customer visits as needed <\/li>\n<li>Take leadership in customer engagement strategies &#038; personal external partner management <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Win \u2013 What We Expect Of You <\/h3>\n<p>We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
