We develop a robot orchestration platform that enables logistics and other operators to deploy, manage, and scale fleets of autonomous robots across real-world environments. Our technology sits at the intersection of robotics, operations software, and intelligent automation, and we&#8217;re just getting started. <\/p>\n<h3>Role Overview <\/h3>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for an experienced and energetic Scrum Master to join the team building CoreConnect, our UI-centric orchestration platform for autonomous robot fleets. This isn&#8217;t a process-policing role. We want someone who genuinely believes great teams build great products, and who knows how to create the conditions for that to happen. You&#8217;ll work closely with our Product Manager, engineers, and designers to keep delivery flowing, blockers cleared, and the team continuously improving. You&#8217;ll be embedded in a fast-moving, technically complex environment where adaptability matters as much as process knowledge <\/p>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and make them genuinely useful, not just box-ticking. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, surface, and relentlessly clear blockers, whether technical, organizational, or process-related &#8211; before they slow the team down. <\/li>\n<li>Partner closely with the Product Manager to maintain a healthy, well-groomed backlog and ensure sprint goals are realistic and aligned with roadmap priorities. <\/li>\n<li>Track and communicate team velocity, sprint health, and delivery metrics in a way that&#8217;s transparent and useful, not just for reporting purposes. <\/li>\n<li>Champion agile best practices across the team and help establish norms that actually fit how a deep-tech product team works. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a high-trust, blameless team culture where feedback flows freely and retrospectives drive real change. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate dependencies and communication across cross-functional teams including engineering, design, robotics, and field ops <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you bring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach on software product teams. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of improving team delivery, reducing friction, and building psychological safety on engineering teams. <\/li>\n<li>Strong facilitation and communication skills: you can run a tight 15-minute standup and a productive 2-hour retro with equal ease. <\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in technically complex environments, you don&#8217;t need to write code, but you can hold your own in a conversation about system architecture and trade-offs. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working with modern delivery tools: Jira, Confluence, Linear, or similar. <\/li>\n<li>A bias toward action.
