The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strategic plans and operational objectives for the fit out manufacturing division. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee factory production including joinery, carpentry, upholstery, and finishing works. <\/li>\n<li>Manage project execution schedules in coordination with project management teams. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and material specifications. <\/li>\n<li>Control project costs, budgeting, and financial performance. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor quality assurance and inspection processes. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate procurement of materials and vendor management. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Optimize production workflows and resource utilization. <\/li>\n<li>Lead and manage production managers, engineers, supervisors, and skilled workers. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee installation planning and site coordination where applicable. <\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes and efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Functional Pre\u2011Requisites Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of interior fit out manufacturing processes. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in joinery and furniture production. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to interpret architectural and shop drawings. <\/li>\n<li>Project management and budgeting expertise. <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and operations management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of quality standards and finishing techniques. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with ERP and production planning systems. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Educational Qualifications <\/h3>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering \/ Interior Design \/ Construction Management \/ Industrial Engineering <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<p>Min: <b>12\u201318 Years Minimum 8+ years in fit out manufacturing leadership <\/b> role.
