  • Position EDGE as a leading international advanced technology and defense group across priority markets. <\/li>\n
  • Act as a strategic adviser to executive leadership on market trends, competitive intelligence, and brand perception. <\/li>\n
  • Drive cross\u2011pillar alignment to ensure integrated planning and execution across Marketing & Brand, Events, and Social Media & Digital Communications. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Brand & Corporate Marketing <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Own and evolve the EDGE brand architecture across subsidiaries and product lines. <\/li>\n
    • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and storytelling across all touchpoints. <\/li>\n
    • Oversee brand governance and ensure all content\u2014marketing, digital, multimedia, and social\u2014reflects a unified brand voice. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Go\u2011To\u2011Market & Demand Enablement <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Partner with commercial, sales, and business unit leaders to support product launches, bids, and capture campaigns. <\/li>\n
      • Develop sector\u2011specific marketing strategies for defense, aerospace, cyber, autonomy, and emerging technologies. <\/li>\n
      • Enable sales teams with high\u2011impact marketing tools, content, and market insights. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        International & Government Stakeholder Engagement <\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Support international market entry strategies and localization of marketing efforts. <\/li>\n
        • Align marketing activities with government, defense, and sovereign stakeholder expectations. <\/li>\n
        • Lead marketing efforts for major exhibitions, air shows, defense expos, and global industry events through the Events pillar. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Digital & Data\u2011Driven Marketing <\/h3>\n
            \n
          • Drive digital transformation across marketing platforms, channels, and analytics. <\/li>\n
          • Leverage data, market intelligence, and performance metrics to optimize ROI and decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n
          • Oversee EDGE\u2019s digital presence, including website ecosystems, content platforms, and all social media channels. <\/li>\n
          • Lead the social media & Digital Communications pillar to ensure integrated content creation, digital storytelling, and multimedia production. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Team & Operating Model Leadership <\/h3>\n
              \n
            • Build and lead a high\u2011performing, multicultural marketing organization. <\/li>\n
            • Lead the three marketing pillars with clear operating models, governance, and collaboration frameworks. <\/li>\n
            • Establish best\u2011in\u2011class marketing processes, agency partnerships, and performance standards. <\/li>\n
            • Mentor senior leaders and develop future marketing talent within the Group. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Experience & Education Qualifications <\/h3>\n

              Required <\/h3>\n
                \n
              • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including senior executive roles. <\/li>\n
              • Proven track record in B2G, B2B, B2C, defense, aerospace, technology, or highly regulated industries, or within a major multinational corporation. <\/li>\n
              • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles, government procurement, and stakeholder\u2011driven markets. <\/li>\n
              • Demonstrated success in brand building, corporate marketing, and go\u2011to\u2011market strategy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Preferred <\/h3>\n
                  \n
                • Experience in defense, security, aerospace, cyber, or advanced technology sectors. <\/li>\n
                • Exposure to international markets, particularly EMEA, Asia, and North America. <\/li>\n
                • MBA or equivalent advanced degree. <\/li>\n
                • Experience working within group or holding\u2011company structures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
