By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the specialist will develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize patient\u2011centered care and promote long\u2011term musculoskeletal health. <\/p>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver outstanding clinical care using a variety of assessment techniques and treatment modalities, integrating therapies as appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Uphold and enhance the DISC brand by adhering to departmental protocols, requirements, and standard operating procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain complete compliance with DISC and Health Authority standards relevant to the clinic. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a positive patient experience through clear, compassionate communication during consultations and treatments. <\/li>\n<li>Meet monthly revenue generation KPIs. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all licensing requirements are fulfilled promptly and accurately, including formalities for licensing under the DISC facility. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Qualifications and Experience: <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Medicine specializing in Sports Medicine. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years&#8217; experience as a Sports Medicine Doctor in a clinic or outpatient environment. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating physical dysfunctions and sports injuries. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with infection control protocols. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Ministry of Health\/Dubai Health Authority regulations, according to the clinic&#8217;s location. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are enthusiastic about advancing musculoskeletal health and thrive in a collaborative, patient\u2011centered environment, we encourage you to apply.
