their disputes and claims team, supporting major construction and infrastructure projects across the Middle East. <\/p>\n<p>This role will involve providing expert delay analysis and planning support on complex projects, working closely with legal teams, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to assess and resolve programme-related disputes. construction projects <\/li>\n<li>Prepare <b>extension of time (EOT) claims <\/b> and delay reports <\/li>\n<li>Analyse project schedules using tools such as <b>Primavera P6 <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Provide <b>expert planning and forensic delay analysis <\/b> on live and disputed projects <\/li>\n<li>Support preparation of <b>expert reports for arbitration or litigation where required <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Review project documentation, contracts and programme records to identify delay impacts <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with project teams, legal advisors and senior consultants <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in <b>delay analysis, planning or claims consultancy <\/b> within the construction sector <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in <b>programme management and schedule analysis <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of <b>Primavera P6 <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Experience preparing or supporting <b>EOT claims and delay assessments <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>construction contracts and dispute resolution processes <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and report-writing skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Background <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working within a <b>claims consultancy or specialist dispute advisory firm <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to <b>arbitration,
