You will drive stakeholder engagement, identify high-impact analytics opportunities, and ensure data solutions directly support business goals across all Miral tenants. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Champion strategic engagement with business leaders to identify data needs and align on priorities <\/li>\n<li>Drive analytics adoption by translating complex insights into actionable business recommendations <\/li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional data projects from ideation to implementationInfluence a data-first culture through change management and stakeholder advocacy <\/li>\n<li>Monitor KPIs to measure project impact and ensure alignment with business performance goals <\/li>\n<li>Promote data governance, process optimization, and data quality standards <\/li>\n<li>Stay ahead of trends and bring innovation into how we solve business challenges through data <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You Bring <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of experience in business engagement or data analytics (with at least 5 years in a leadership role) <\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a passion for storytelling with data <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and DWH platforms <\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinker with a sharp understanding of performance drivers in large organizations <\/li>\n<li>Experience driving data adoption and leading change initiatives across diverse teams <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field (Master\u2019s preferred) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why Join Miral Experiences? <\/h3>\n<p>Miral Experiences is the creative force behind Abu Dhabi\u2019s most exciting entertainment, leisure, and cultural destinations, including Yas Island, Ferrari World, SeaWorld, and more.
