The role ensures the delivery of high-quality master planning, capacity assessment, and long-term growth strategies while addressing near-term operational and project delivery requirements. <\/p>\n<p>The position manages a team of planners and consultants to ensure all planning deliverables \u2014 including capacity analysis, master plan updates, and project definitions \u2014 are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and corporate standards. The role also provides technical leadership and planning support to capital investment projects, ensuring alignment with operational, regulatory, and environmental requirements. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Planning &#038; Technical Delivery <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead preparation and updates of airport master plans, terminal and airfield layout plans, and land\u2011use plans across all AD Airports. <\/li>\n<li>Manage delivery of short\u2011and long\u2011term planning projects in line with approved strategies, schedules, and budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct capacity\u2011demand analyses and recommend operational or infrastructure solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee air traffic forecasts, peak\u2011hour analyses, and fast\u2011time simulations. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise technical studies, feasibility reports, and scope documents for capital development projects. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure development and maintenance of GIS and AutoCAD\u2011based airport layout and land\u2011use plans. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Project Definition &#038; Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate strategic objectives and master plan recommendations into actionable project definitions. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders and consultants on concept layouts and development options. <\/li>\n<li>Review design briefs, concept designs, and infrastructure studies for alignment with planning strategies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Coordination <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to align planning with business needs. <\/li>\n<li>Engage with government authorities (GCAA, DMT) to ensure regulatory compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with airlines, partners (including Etihad Airways), and external stakeholders to integrate requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Regulatory Compliance &#038; Governance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure master plans meet GCAA and DMT regulatory requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Safeguard airspace and land use through zoning, obstacle limitation surfaces, and safety coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain up\u2011to\u2011date planning documentation, approvals, and permits. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Budget &#038;
