Revenue Officer to take full ownership of revenue, trading volume growth, user acquisition economics, and liquidity strategy. <\/p>\n<p>This is not a brand-only marketing role. <\/p>\n<p>This is a commercial leadership position for someone who understands trading platforms, market structure, incentives, and how to scale volume in highly competitive environments. <\/p>\n<p>You will work directly with founders and executive leadership to build the revenue engine from the ground up. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Own <\/h3>\n<h3>Revenue &#038; Volume Strategy <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute the platform\u2019s revenue growth strategy <\/li>\n<li>Own trading volume growth and active trader expansion <\/li>\n<li>Design monetization strategy (fees, incentives, referral models) <\/li>\n<li>Optimize LTV\/CAC and capital efficiency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Liquidity &#038; Market Structure <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop liquidity growth frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Work directly with market makers and liquidity providers <\/li>\n<li>Design incentive programs aligned with sustainable growth <\/li>\n<li>Improve retention and trading frequency <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Growth &#038;
