The position will assist the CEO, Principals and Vice Principal for Islamic education in shaping a vision and direction for the subject, setting out very high expectations and with a clear focus on student achievement and progress. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To play a significant role in setting aims and objectives for Islamic education and in formulating the School Development Plan. <\/li>\n<li>To assist the CEO, Principals and Vice Principal for Islamic in Islamic self-review and evaluation, and in the effective planning and management of resources to secure improvements. <\/li>\n<li>To lead with the Academy\u2019s Mission, Vision and Values at the center of all decision making. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor of Arts in Islamic Studies (or equivalent). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience, preferably in a leadership position and has been teaching Islamic education. <\/li>\n<li>Teacher qualifying Certification. <\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills in English. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships with students and colleagues and contribute to wider school life. <\/li>\n<li>Professional commitment to becoming an exceptional teacher. <\/li>\n<li>A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>GEMS Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all of its students and staff.
