general accounting operations in accordance with UAE and International Accounting Standards, as well as internal policies and procedures. <\/p>\n<p>This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of the organisation\u2019s financial records, while supporting statutory reporting, audit requirements, and strong financial governance frameworks. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality financial controls, overseeing reporting processes, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and organisational standards. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the verification and review of expenditure documentation to ensure compliance with approved contracts, agreements, and internal policies prior to final approval <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate recording and maintenance of all financial transactions in line with UAE and International Accounting Standards <\/li>\n<li>Manage receivables, accounts payable, and general ledger functions to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting <\/li>\n<li>Lead month\u2011end and year\u2011end closing activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with applicable standards <\/li>\n<li>Oversee monthly reconciliation processes across general ledger and sub\u2011ledgers, investigating and resolving variances <\/li>\n<li>Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset additions, disposals, transfers, and depreciation processes <\/li>\n<li>Oversee capital expenditure accounting, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and proper financial treatment <\/li>\n<li>Support and coordinate internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and internal procedures <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>9\u201112 years of relevant accounting experience within a regulated or structured environment <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of UAE and International Accounting Standards <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience managing general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close processes <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of financial governance, compliance, and audit support <\/li>\n<li>Professional certifications such as <b>CMA, CPA, ACCA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent <\/b> are preferred <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to lead a critical
