This senior client\u2011facing role will focus on <b>expanding Eurasia Group\u2019s presence in the region <\/b>, deepening relationships with existing clients, and acquiring new clients across both <b>corporate <\/b> and financial sector clients, including institutional investors. <\/p>\n<p>The Director will play a key role in advancing <b>strategic initiatives <\/b> to scale Eurasia Group\u2019s impact and market share in the GCC. This includes working closely with global research, sectoral, and leadership teams to deliver <b>high\u2011value advisory solutions <\/b> that integrate geopolitical insight into clients\u2019 investment strategies and business decision\u2011making. <\/p>\n<p>This role will be <b>based in the GCC region <\/b> (with flexibility on location) and will involve <b>frequent client engagement and regional travel <\/b>. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<h3>Client Growth &#038; Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and expand strong, trust\u2011based relationships with both <b>corporate leaders <\/b> and <b>institutional investors <\/b> in the GCC region. <\/li>\n<li>Identify new business opportunities and drive <b>client acquisition <\/b> to meet revenue growth targets across both corporate and financial sector clients. <\/li>\n<li>Deepen relationships with existing clients by understanding their evolving needs and aligning Eurasia Group\u2019s offerings to deliver tailored, solutions\u2011based engagements. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong understanding of market developments, regional geopolitics, and sector\u2011specific risks to advise clients effectively and proactively. <\/li>\n<li>Generate significant client interactions between clients and Eurasia Group\u2019s research and sectoral teams to drive <b>cross\u2011sell initiatives <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strategic Initiatives &#038; Market Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with Eurasia Group leadership to shape and execute a <b>growth strategy for the GCC <\/b>, leveraging the firm\u2019s global expertise and regional networks. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with research, consulting, and product teams to develop <b>integrated solutions <\/b> that address clients\u2019 most pressing strategic and risk\u2011related challenges. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development of <b>thought leadership <\/b>, including participating in high\u2011profile client discussions, industry conferences, and public forums to represent Eurasia Group\u2019s insights. <\/li>\n<li>Provide input on commercial strategies and opportunities in the region, including pricing models, product development, and go\u2011to\u2011market approaches. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with colleagues across Eurasia Group\u2019s global offices to ensure seamless delivery of services and coordinated client coverage. <\/li>\n<li>Foster a collaborative, innovative, and growth\u2011oriented culture across Eurasia Group\u2019s regional efforts. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>10+ years of relevant experience <\/b> in client\u2011facing roles within consulting, advisory, investment banking, financial markets, or corporate affairs; direct experience in the GCC is highly desirable. <\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of <b>building and expanding commercial relationships <\/b>, particularly with senior decision\u2011makers at corporates and institutional investors. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of the <b>intersection of geopolitics, markets, and business strategy <\/b>; familiarity with emerging markets and regional dynamics is a plus. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies to deliver high\u2011impact client solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with the confidence to represent Eurasia Group at senior\u2011level client meetings and public forums. <\/li>\n<li>Self\u2011starter with high energy, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\u2011paced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required; advanced degree (Master\u2019s, MBA, or similar) preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel frequently across the GCC and, as needed, to Eurasia Group\u2019s global offices. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At Eurasia Group, our mission is to provide the tools and understanding needed in a world where politics drives disruption.
