Reinforcing a culture of performance, meritocracy, and diversity while ensuring full compliance with HR policy and UAE labor law across the employee lifecycle. <\/p>\n<h3>What you will do <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver the HR strategy and annual HR plan with business leaders, driving continuous improvement across all HR activities. <\/li>\n<li>Lead onboarding, succession planning, retention, L&#038;D, and performance management\u2014including improvement plans and promotion governance. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Group Training to deliver annual training plans, people reviews, and ensure identified successors for key roles. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee employee relations, coaching line managers on engagement (Al\u2011Futtaim Way), policy adherence, risk mitigation, and disciplinary procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as a coach and change agent to senior leaders; drive engagement action plans; oversee incentives and manpower budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Optimise workforce structures, support reorganisations, track productivity, and ensure localisation\/Emiratisation targets are met. <\/li>\n<li>Manage manpower planning, employee cost reporting, and the HR budget, while standardising monthly metrics (performance vs budget, overtime, incentives, casual labour). <\/li>\n<li>Strengthen governance, internal controls, SOP compliance; ensure adherence to HR policies, laws, and uphold Emirati\u2011only position mandates. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required skills to be successful <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management; CIPD is desirable <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years as an HR Generalist with prior HRBP experience; automotive sector background is preferred <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of UAE labor law, policy compliance, and commitment to Emiratisation\/localisation objectives <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical capability and financial modeling skills to interpret and act on monthly HR metrics and budgets <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About the team <\/h3>\n<p>The Human Resources team partner closely with senior line management, group HR specialists, and divisional leadership to deliver best\u2011practice HR initiatives across our Automotive business. <\/p>\n<h3>What equips you for the role <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Change management, OD, management development, performance\/compensation, recruitment &#038; selection, employee relations, coaching, and human capital metrics <\/li>\n<li>Clear, persuasive communication and pragmatic problem\u2011solving across diverse stakeholders <\/li>\n<li>Achievement orientation, strategic and solution\u2011focused thinking, and collaborative team working <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About Al\u2011Futtaim Automotive <\/h3>\n<p>A major division of the UAE\u2011based Al\u2011Futtaim Group of companies, <b>Al\u2011Futtaim Automotive <\/b> is an industry leader with presence in 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
