This individual will have significant employee and labor relations subject matter expertise and proven success as a leader of people. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<p>This role will design the Employee Relations (ER) strategy for the APAC and MENA Region of Customer Service. The position covers five countries and will work with in\u2011country ER field team members on the individual country strategy and support the regional strategy. Partnership with Ops and PXT Regional leadership is critical. <\/p>\n<p>Additional responsibilities include collaborating and influencing Operations directors, managers, and HR; analyzing associate and manager feedback to identify risks and gaps; creating, auditing, and sustaining positive workplace relations programs; designing and conducting training on best practices; responding to crisis situations; traveling as necessary; and developing regional strategies to support operational goals while mitigating risks associated with virtual workforces. <\/p>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<h3>Basic Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years of employee relations, labor relations, or labor\/employment law experience <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing and leading employees <\/li>\n<li>Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines <\/li>\n<li>Experience engaging verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a fast\u2011paced, quickly changing or international environment <\/li>\n<li>Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and reacting with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround <\/li>\n<li>Juris Doctor, advanced degree, or other specialized training in labor\/employee relations is a significant plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Workplace Accommodations <\/h3>\n<p>Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
