Corporate Finance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3391858<\/p>\n<p><h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>To lead and manage Emarat&#8217;s financial strategy and operations by assessing risks, treasury, and receivables, ensuring effective cash flow management, liquidity, and investment opportunities while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the development of Emarat\u2019s vision, mission, and strategy by providing insights and recommendations that align departmental objectives with Emarat\u2019s short, medium, and long-term goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and service delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the delegation of authority hierarchy and clarify roles and responsibilities within the team to ensure effective management and continuity of operations during personnel changes. <\/li>\n<li>Serve as a key representative for the organization, effectively communicating departmental performance and strategic initiatives to internal stakeholders and supporting the primary spokesperson in external communications. <\/li>\n<li>Create and implement innovative strategies to optimize costs and enhance efficiency within the functional department and ensure alignment with the overall department strategy, while promoting digitalization initiatives and fostering a collaborative work environment. <\/li>\n<li>Support the operational efficiency within Emarat to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions related to the function that may affect business. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic reviews of financial policies and procedures to identify improvement opportunities, ensuring best practices are implemented across all finance-related activities. <\/li>\n<li>Generate timely and accurate financial reports, including cash flow, receivables aging, and other metrics, to support management decision-making and departmental requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Manage Emarat&#8217;s banking relationship including both national and international. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze cash flow and sales forecasts in collaboration with department managers to optimize resource utilization and maintain healthy daily cash balances. <\/li>\n<li>Forecast Emarat\u2019s cash flow position, assess borrowing needs, and recommend actions to mitigate challenges arising from late payments and cash flow issues. <\/li>\n<li>Drive the corporation\u2019s liquidity strategy, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet obligations while making informed financing decisions within authority limits. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in feasibility studies for new projects, evaluating their financial impact on liquidity and profitability to inform strategic decision-making. <\/li>\n<li>Arrange and negotiate loan proposals with banks, ensuring the best financing solutions are secured for the corporation\u2019s needs. <\/li>\n<li>Manage all aspects of financial risk, including liquidity, credit, and operational risks, while developing tools to analyze and report on market risks. <\/li>\n<li>Review fuel product purchase agreements and other contracts to minimize financial risks, advising on hedging strategies to mitigate interest rate and currency risks. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure all financial records and transactions are maintained in compliance with Emarat\u2019s standards, promptly resolving discrepancies and optimizing accounting efficiencies. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise accounts receivable units to ensure timely invoicing and collection, conducting credit committee meetings to assess customer performance and payment trends. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including bankers and legal advisors, to support Emarat\u2019s operational objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with internal departments to assess operational impacts on cash positions, ensuring proactive communication and collaboration to meet corporate interests. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the evaluation and management of investment opportunities, ensuring alignment with Emarat\u2019s strategic goals and risk appetite. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of capital structure strategy to maintain an optimal debt-to-equity mix and calculate the companies WACC. <\/li>\n<li>Model capital structure scenarios, assess cost of funding, and evaluate implications for long-term shareholder value creation. <\/li>\n<li>Drive cross-functional working capital efficiency by improving DSO, DPO, and inventory turnover across LOBs. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and improve the company\u2019s cash conversion cycle and free cash flow metrics. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare investor presentations, capital market disclosures, and earnings call briefings to position Emarat\u2019s financial performance and strategic vision. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
