We strive to build trusted long-term relationships by taking a holistic and forward-looking view on our relationships and identifying ways to help clients achieve their most important business objectives. <\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting for a Senior Associate \/ Vice President level position in the EMEA M&#038;A team with primary responsibility for M&#038;A business in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region who will be based in Dubai. <\/p>\n<p>In this role you will have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial institution clients and working across different M&#038;A transactions. <\/p>\n<h3>Roles &#038; Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the origination and of M&#038;A transactions in MENA including:\n<ul>\n<li>Client coverage of priority accounts from an M&#038;A perspective in partnership with client executive bankers <\/li>\n<li>Target deal origination analysis and strategy <\/li>\n<li>Oversight of the preparation and delivery of M&#038;A pitches and RfP responses <\/li>\n<li>Day-to-day project leadership of M&#038;A transactions <\/li>\n<li>Management of transaction deal teams <\/li>\n<li>Management of engagements process and liaison with internal support functions (legal compliance conflicts etc.) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Support for the management of the banks MENA franchise including:\n<ul>\n<li>Deal pipeline and business strategy for the region including liaison with the EMEA M&#038;A business management team <\/li>\n<li>Interacting with other M&#038;A specialist areas (sellside defence activism EPP teams etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Partnership with equity debt and markets groups covering the region <\/li>\n<li>Management of marketing materials and Dealogic league tables <\/li>\n<li>M&#038;A database oversight covering regulatory requirements from different jurisdictions as well as market trends and themes <\/li>\n<li>Recruitment mentoring and training analysts and associates from the region <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
