FIG Emiratised role"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3392103<\/p>\n<p><h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>To oversee and lead the Client Services for CIB clientele which manage and grow our existing client accounts by devising client strategy developing client relationships and delivering client objectives. <\/p>\n<p>Operationalise and execute the activities at CCS : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and monitor the transactions in the workflow system until successful <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Relationship team and Clients for resolving any technical and financial referrals <\/li>\n<li>Teach the staff and create sufficient backup <\/li>\n<li>Compliance of transaction to SOPs and SLA\/TAT <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organise and supervise the work of the assigned team to ensure that all work within a specific area of the activity is carried out in an efficient manner which is consistent with operating procedures and policy. <\/li>\n<li>Provide onthejob training and constructive feedback to assigned team members to support their overall development. <\/li>\n<li>Promote the FABs values and ethics in all activities within the team in order to support the establishment of a value driven culture within the bank. <\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs and implement policies systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural\/legislative requirements fulfilled while delivering a quality costeffective service. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems processes and practices considering global standards productivity improvement and cost reduction <\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements policies and quality standards. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient error free processing of transactions with strict compliance to policies and within the agreed SLAs. <\/li>\n<li>Minimise operations risks for the Bank by ensuring that all transactions that are processed comply fully with underlying customer or internal instructions. <\/li>\n<li>Ensuring conformance to internal procedures \/ policies \/ guidelines and local and international norms and regulations as applicable <\/li>\n<li>Undertaking all dailyprocessing activities related to a particular product or sub function in CCS <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with other departments by providing appropriate delivery and support functions <\/li>\n<li>Providing periodical reports and management information for effective decision making <\/li>\n<li>Must be able to maintain a culture of discipline and open communication within the team <\/li>\n<li>Pursue opportunities for enhancing operational efficiencies customer service and operational controls by identifying process improvements <\/li>\n<li>Support in enhancing and modifying the existing procedures systems analyse and resolve nonroutine operational problems often requiring research and involvement of other functional experts <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications : <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualification <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Commerce or Banking. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Experience <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3 years experience in a Bank with an exposure to Banking Operations <\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of general Banking principles. <\/li>\n<li>Good working knowledge of Backoffice operating procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills both in written \/ spoken at all levels. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical Selfmotivated energetic flexible dynamic problemsolver ready to work in a challenging environment. <\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work independently and in a cooperative team environment. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast paced environment where attention to detail accuracy and efficiency are of high importance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Remote Work : <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>No <\/p>\n<p><b>Employment Type : <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>Fulltime <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-16 09:23:52<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-89323","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
