Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time. <\/p>\n<p>noon\u2019s mission: Every door, every day. <\/p>\n<h3>What you&#8217;ll do <\/h3>\n<p>SHOT is building one of the region\u2019s most loved caf\u00e9 brands inside the noon Minutes ecosystem \u2014 with a relentless focus on beverage quality, menu innovation, and operational excellence. <\/p>\n<p>In this role, you will be responsible for owning the performance of a full region \u2014 combining commercial leadership, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of local caf\u00e9 culture. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, able to manage teams, drive growth, and ensure that every caf\u00e9 in the region delivers outstanding customer experience. <\/p>\n<p>Your key responsibilities will be as follows: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding local coffee and caf\u00e9 culture and aligning SHOT\u2019s offering to regional preferences <\/li>\n<li>Owning regional business performance from a commercial and operational point of view <\/li>\n<li>Handling regional marketing activations, campaigns, partnerships, and new product launches <\/li>\n<li>Managing area supervisors, baristas, and on-ground teams across the region <\/li>\n<li>Driving regional revenue growth, customer experience, and quality standards <\/li>\n<li>Monitoring core metrics such as ratings, refunds, repeat rates, and operational compliance <\/li>\n<li>Overseeing HR aspects such as staffing, disciplinary matters, and general team management <\/li>\n<li>Coordinating closely with central teams (marketing, supply, NPD) to execute regional plans <\/li>\n<li>Taking ownership of any other responsibilities required to make the region successful <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you&#8217;ll need <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5\u20139+ years of experience in caf\u00e9 operations, regional management, retail expansion, or F&#038;B multi-site leadership <\/li>\n<li>Prior experience managing large on-ground teams is preferred <\/li>\n<li>Strong commercial acumen and understanding of P&#038;L drivers <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of caf\u00e9 and beverage culture <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to run operations at scale across multiple locations <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills; fluency in English required <\/li>\n<li>Hands-on operator mindset with willingness to spend significant time in stores <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environments <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who will excel?
