Position Overview <\/p>\n

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of IT Staffing <\/b> to lead and expand our technology recruitment business across Europe and the GCC region <\/b>. The role will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing recruitment team, driving business development, and delivering high-quality IT talent solutions to clients across multiple industries. <\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT recruitment\/staffing, client acquisition, and team leadership <\/b>, with a proven track record of successfully servicing European markets and the UAE\/GCC region <\/b>. <\/p>\n

Business Development & Client Management <\/p>\n

  • Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients across Europe and GCC markets <\/b>. <\/li>\n
  • Build strategic relationships with technology companies, consulting firms, and enterprise clients <\/b>. <\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the IT staffing business and increase revenue <\/b>. <\/li>\n
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients. <\/li>\n
  • Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Recruitment & Delivery Leadership <\/p>\n

    • Lead the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle <\/b> including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. <\/li>\n
    • Oversee delivery of contract, permanent, and project-based IT staffing solutions <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Ensure timely fulfillment of client mandates while maintaining quality standards. <\/li>\n
    • Build talent pipelines for critical IT roles across multiple technology stacks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Team Leadership & Operations <\/p>\n

        \n
      • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing IT recruitment team <\/b>. <\/li>\n
      • Establish performance metrics and KPIs for recruiters and delivery teams. <\/li>\n
      • Implement best practices in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment operations. <\/li>\n
      • Drive efficiency through recruitment technologies, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Market & Industry Expertise <\/p>\n

        • Maintain strong knowledge of technology hiring trends in Europe and GCC markets <\/b>. <\/li>\n
        • Provide insights on salary benchmarking, talent availability, and hiring trends <\/b>. <\/li>\n
        • Software Engineering <\/li>\n
        • Data & AI <\/li>\n
        • Cybersecurity <\/li>\n
        • Enterprise Applications <\/li>\n
        • Develop and execute the regional IT staffing growth strategy <\/b>. <\/li>\n
        • Identify new service opportunities such as RPO, contract staffing, and project-based hiring models <\/b>. <\/li>\n
        • Collaborate with leadership on expansion plans across new markets. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field <\/b>. <\/li>\n
          • 10\u201315+ years of experience in IT recruitment\/staffing <\/b>, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role <\/b>. <\/li>\n
          • Proven experience working with European and GCC\/UAE markets <\/b>. <\/li>\n
          • Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation in staffing services <\/b>. <\/li>\n
          • Experience managing large recruitment teams and delivery operations <\/b>. <\/li>\n
          • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Preferred Experience <\/p>\n

              \n
            • Experience working in IT staffing agencies or global recruitment firms <\/b>. <\/li>\n
            • Strong network within technology companies and consulting firms in Europe and GCC <\/b>. <\/li>\n
            • Familiarity with contract staffing, managed services, and RPO models <\/b>. <\/li>\n
            • Experience scaling staffing businesses across multiple geography <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
