This role ensures that platform-level control characteristics meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements. The position is key to defining <b>aerodynamic control effectiveness <\/b>, <b>handling qualities <\/b>, \u0648 <b>flight safety margins <\/b> across multiple mission profiles. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Stability &#038; Control Analysis <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform longitudinal, lateral and directional stability analyses using linear and non-linear models across various UAV flight regimes. <\/li>\n<li>Define control surface sizing, actuator response, and control authority based on aerodynamic and mission requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate natural modes, handling qualities, and stability margins throughout the flight envelope and all phases of flight. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Modeling, Simulation &#038; Control Design <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop 6-DOF flight dynamics models using MATLAB\/Simulink or equivalent tools for simulation and control system integration. <\/li>\n<li>Support the design and tuning of autopilot control laws (e.g., PID, LQR, Gain-Scheduling controllers) to meet stability and performance criteria. <\/li>\n<li>Integrate aerodynamic and mass properties\/data into dynamic models for high-fidelity simulation. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Verification, Testing &#038; Validation <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and execute Verification &#038; Validation (V&#038;V) strategies for stability and control requirements through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), and flight test campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze flight test data to assess dynamic response, control stability, and trim conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Support wind tunnel testing, ground testing, and flight testing, including pre- and post-flight predictions and analyses. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>System Integration &#038; Interdisciplinary Coordination <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with aerodynamics, flight controls, avionics, mechanical systems, and software engineering teams to ensure control system integration and compatibility. <\/li>\n<li>Provide input to airworthiness assessments, safety analysis, and certification documents, including handling qualities evaluations per MIL-F-8785C or similar standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Documentation &#038; Compliance <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation including control system models, stability reports, control surface effectiveness data, and compliance matrices. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure alignment with applicable UAV and aerospace standards, including CS-UAS, MIL-STD-1797, and internal ADASI\/EDGE design standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Educational Background <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Aeronautical\/Aerospace Engineering, Flight Mechanics, Control Systems Engineering, or equivalent (REQUIRED) <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s Degree in Flight Dynamics, Control Engineering, or related specialization (PREFERRED) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0646\u064a\u0629: <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years focused on flight stability, dynamics, and control systems in aerospace or UAV applications. <\/li>\n<li>Experience with UAVs, fixed-wing, VTOL, or hybrid platforms is preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Technical Skills <\/b> <\/li>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in: <\/li>\n<li>Flight dynamics and control modeling using MATLAB\/Simulink, X-Plane, or FlightGear <\/li>\n<li>Control system design and tuning (classical and modern control methods) <\/li>\n<li>Use of stability and control analysis tools (AVL, XFOIL, Athena Vortex Lattice, or equivalent) <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of:\n<ul>\n<li>Aerodynamic stability principles <\/li>\n<li>Control surface effectiveness and actuator limitations <\/li>\n<li>Coupling effects, flutter margins, and flight envelope constraints <\/li>\n<li>Familiar with:\n<ul>\n<li>Airworthiness and stability standards (e.g., MIL-F-8785C, MIL-HDBK-1797) <\/li>\n<li>CFD and mass property data integration <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li><b>Soft Skills &#038;
