This role will play a key part in driving employee engagement internal communications and HR initiatives ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives during this critical period. <\/p>\n<h3>What Youll be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance engagement and alignment across the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Manage internal communication channels (emails newsletters intranet town halls etc. and drive culture initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership teams to create consistent and impactful messaging for internal stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a strategic HR partner to business units supporting employee relations performance management and workforce planning. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in rolling out HR policies engagement programs and change management initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Support talent development onboarding and key HR projects during the contract period. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Who You Are <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of experience in Internal Communications and HR preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of employee engagement change management and corporate communications. <\/li>\n<li>Handson experience with HR operations policies and business partnering. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. <\/li>\n<li>Available to start immediately or within a short notice period. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Due to the large number of applications we receive we can only respond to candidates who have been shortlisted for the position.
