Business Partner Analyst &#8211; UAEN <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The Business Partner Analyst will support in the day to day activities for the unit and co-ordinate with the business as necessary to answer and\/or escalate Supply Management queries and concerns from end users. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support in the collection of data relating to department projects requiring supply management involvement and will arrange data as required for reporting or analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Support the unit on any supply management training and assist end users with technical specifications and scope of work requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Share the information from the Category unit to ensure the unit has the most up-to-date information. <\/li>\n<li>Support in ensuring all aspects of the supply management lifecycle in support of the business units, including pre-market assessments, market testing (e.g. quotes, tenders, EOI\u2019s, etc.), evaluations, contract awarding and supplier\/contractor performance management follow the agreed processes. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and support the delivery of the supply management strategy and framework in collaboration with business units <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to all supply management and contracting activities in a manner that reduces expenditure, maintains acceptable and appropriate probity levels and minimizes risk, through the provision of high level, strategic, effectively liaise with stakeholders and suppliers \/ contractors to establish and maintain strong commercial relationships. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the units activities when required and track and monitor successes and challenges to help achieve optimal outcomes for the unit and department. <\/li>\n<li>Drive supply management strategy to identify opportunities for departments to take advantage of. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with other governance specialists to maximize compliance and ensure a collaborative and effective governance framework is maintained. <\/li>\n<li>Apply the marketing procurement governance and risk management framework to ensure compliance and improve. <\/li>\n<li>Other duties as applicable to the role. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Shared Activities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Carry out any other duties and responsibilities related to the role at the request of the line manager. <\/li>\n<li>Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. <\/li>\n<li>Support in the creation of a value driven culture within the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent and preferably a master\u2019s degree <\/li>\n<li>Language: Full professional English and Arabic proficiency both in speaking and writing <\/li>\n<li>Skilled in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) <\/li>\n<li>Administrative skills and attention to details <\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a proven ability to complete work in a timely manner <\/li>\n<li>Understanding of end to end Supply Management processes. <\/li>\n<li>Good communication and listening skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-03-17 09:55:46<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1347],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-89508","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-management-operations","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1347":"Management &amp;
