{"id":89523,"date":"2026-03-29T17:05:38","date_gmt":"2026-03-29T13:05:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/divisional-financial-controller\/"},"modified":"2026-03-29T17:05:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-29T13:05:39","slug":"divisional-financial-controller","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/divisional-financial-controller\/","title":{"rendered":"Divisional Financial Controller"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3397716<\/p>\n<p><h3>Overview <\/h3>\n<p>Position title: Divisional Financial Controller<br \/>Reports to: Chief Financial Officer<br \/>Region: Dubai &#8211; Head Office <\/p>\n<p><strong>Role purpose <\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively and efficiently manage the Company\u2019s financial\/accounts function and liaise with financial institutions for the ongoing growth and to minimise financial costs. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strategic input for business expansion options, computer systems requirements and improved reporting procedures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute proactively as a key member of the senior management executive. <\/li>\n<li>Timely and accurate preparation, consolidation and presentation of weekly and monthly financial statements and reports. <\/li>\n<li>Direct and review the analysis and interpretation of financial information for use in management decision making. <\/li>\n<li>Preparation of monthly management accounts (Profit and Loss \/ Balance Sheet) and reconciliation of balance sheet schedules. <\/li>\n<li>Review, analyse and report project results in relation to budgets and other key performance indicators. <\/li>\n<li>Provide to management and Board periodical KPI reports to assist in measurement of performance by contract, region and function. <\/li>\n<li>Preparation of financial budgets for incorporation in company business plans. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in the development of financial strategies, policies, objectives and plans. <\/li>\n<li>Involvement in the preparation of capital expenditure requests and justification analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Manage treasury and funding requirements of the company including regular liaison with bankers to ensure a positive understanding of the business and adequate ongoing availability of funding. <\/li>\n<li>Involvement in the development\/refinement of costing systems and procedures relevant to the company\u2019s activities. <\/li>\n<li>Cash flow management and reporting including regular review of income and expenditure to ensure cash flow is adequate to meet continuing business needs. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with organisation\u2019s external accountants as required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge, Skills &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Appropriate tertiary qualifications in accounting, commerce or economics, satisfying ICCA\/CPA professional standards and membership of the Society of CPAs or Chartered Institute of Accountants. <\/li>\n<li><strong>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629: <\/strong> Total of 10-15 years of experience.
