Distribution Management <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the Group\u2019s distribution network across the UAE, including van sales, wholesale delivery, and key account servicing. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging, and trading goods at optimal cost and quality. <\/li>\n<li>Optimize warehouse and inventory control systems to reduce wastage and improve order fulfillment. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure efficient route planning, fleet management, and last-mile delivery performance. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Financial &#038; Performance Management <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and manage operational budgets, cost controls, and profitability targets. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular performance reviews to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective measures. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate vendor and service provider contracts to achieve cost savings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Regulatory Compliance &#038; Experience <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10\u201315 years\u2019 experience in FMCG operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the UAE or GCC. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in water manufacturing operations and product distribution networks. <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of UAE regulations for food &#038;
