Senior French Prompt Engineer \u2013 Clinical AI \/ LLM | Remote in Europe <\/b> <\/p>\n

We are looking for a Senior French-speaking Prompt Engineer \/ Applied Research Scientist <\/b> to contribute to the development of AI-powered clinical documentation systems <\/b>. <\/p>\n

In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI research, prompt engineering, and software development <\/b>, designing and optimizing prompts for large language models used in healthcare documentation workflows <\/b>. You will play a key role in improving the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated clinical documentation. <\/p>\n

  • Lead the design and optimization of clinical prompt templates <\/b> for large language models <\/li>\n
  • Conduct systematic prompt experiments and evaluations <\/b> to improve output quality and consistency <\/li>\n
  • Analyze model behavior and failure modes to refine prompt strategies <\/li>\n
  • Manage prompt artifacts and release workflows using Git and Azure DevOps <\/b> <\/li>\n
  • Develop Python scripts in Linux environments <\/b> to run experiments, batch evaluations, and data analysis <\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer feedback and operational insights <\/b> into prompt improvements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Strong experience in LLM prompt engineering and instruction design <\/b> <\/li>\n

    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate model outputs and drive improvements <\/li>\n
    • Experience with clinical documentation workflows or healthcare data <\/b> is highly valued <\/li>\n
