As part of this strategic initiative, they are seeking an experienced <b>ERP \/ Core Systems Transformation Director <\/b> to lead the design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale ERP and core platform transformation programmes. <\/p>\n<p>This role will play a critical leadership position in replacing and integrating legacy systems, enabling improved operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making across the organisation. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the <b>end-to-end ERP and core systems transformation programme <\/b>, including planning, execution, and delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement a <b>strategic roadmap <\/b> for modernising finance, operations, and enterprise systems. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee large-scale <b>ERP implementations <\/b> (e.g., SAP S\/4HANA, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365). <\/li>\n<li>Manage complex multi-year transformation programmes with significant budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, finance, operations, risk, and compliance. <\/li>\n<li>Lead vendor selection, implementation partners, and system integrators. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technology &#038; Architecture <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure alignment between ERP platforms, core banking systems, and digital channels. <\/li>\n<li>Drive integration across enterprise systems, including finance, procurement, HR, and reporting. <\/li>\n<li>Establish scalable, cloud-enabled architectures to support future growth. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with executive leadership including the CIO, CFO, and Head of Transformation. <\/li>\n<li>Provide regular updates to executive committees and governance boards. <\/li>\n<li>Manage relationships with external consultants and technology vendors. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk, Compliance &#038;
