\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a: <\/b> A leading gas distribution company in Dubai <\/b> is seeking a Legal and Commercial Contracts Executive <\/b> to manage and oversee a wide range of contractual legal and regulatory matters <\/b>. This role is responsible for drafting reviewing and negotiating contracts <\/b> ensuring compliance with UAE laws <\/b> and supporting commercial teams in risk mitigation and legal decisionmaking <\/b>. <\/p>\n

The successful candidate will work closely with the legal procurement sales and operations teams <\/b> contributing to project and safeguarding the companys legal and commercial interests. <\/p>\n

  • Contract Management <\/b>\n
      \n
    • Draft review and negotiate a wide range of contracts including supply agreements NDAs subcontractor and consultancy contracts <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Ensure contracts are legally sound commercially viable <\/b> and aligned with UAE laws and industry regulations <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Monitor and manage contractual obligations renewals and deliverables <\/b> across projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Legal Advisory & Compliance <\/b>\n
        \n
      • Provide legal support on corporate governance regulatory compliance and contract disputes <\/b>. <\/li>\n
      • Stay updated on UAE commercial civil labor and energy laws <\/b> relevant to gas and utilities sectors. <\/li>\n
      • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality DEWA <\/b> and other local authority regulations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Risk Management & Dispute Resolution <\/b>\n
          \n
        • Identify legal and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies <\/b>. <\/li>\n
        • \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0639\u0645 dispute resolution arbitration and litigation <\/b> processes. <\/li>\n
        • Liaise with external legal counsel <\/b> when required for escalated legal matters. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Commercial & Project Support <\/b>\n
            \n
          • Support commercial teams in negotiations bid preparation and tender review <\/b>. <\/li>\n
          • Advise on legal aspects of client and vendor claims contract variations and communications <\/b>. <\/li>\n
          • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal documentation with project requirements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Document Control & Reporting <\/b>\n
              \n
            • Maintain a centralized legal contracts database and archiving system <\/b>. <\/li>\n
            • Track and report on contract status compliance metrics and risk exposure <\/b>. <\/li>\n
            • Prepare legal summaries reports and updates <\/b> for management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Candidate Requirements <\/h3>\n

              • Education & Certification <\/b>\n
                  \n
                • Bachelors Degree in Law (LLB) <\/b> Required. <\/li>\n
                • Masters Degree or Legal Certification (e.g. LPC Bar) <\/b> Preferred. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                • \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/b>\n
                    \n
                  • 36 years of experience <\/b> in a legal\/commercial contracts role. <\/li>\n
                  • Prior experience in the gas energy utilities or construction sectors <\/b>. <\/li>\n
                  • Proven ability in drafting and negotiating technical and commercial contracts <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                  • Skills & Competencies <\/b>\n
                      \n
                    • Strong knowledge of UAE contract law FIDIC and regulatory frameworks <\/b>. <\/li>\n
                    • Excellent drafting negotiation and legal analysis <\/b> skills. <\/li>\n
                    • High attention to detail and analytical thinking <\/b>. <\/li>\n
                    • Strong interpersonal and communication <\/b> abilities. <\/li>\n
                    • Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems <\/b>. <\/li>\n
                    • Fluency in English <\/b> is required; Arabic is a plus <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
