UNS is currently looking for a <b>Senior (Technical) Architect <\/b> to join our Dubai office. In this role, you will take ownership of multiple or large-scale projects, overseeing design quality, technical integrity, feasibility, and budget. You will act as a key representative of the office, navigating complex challenges and ensuring the successful delivery of our architectural vision. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing the internal and external coordination of all phases for large-scale projects. <\/li>\n<li>Developing and advising on creative designs and technical solutions, ensuring the highest standards of Architect Design Excellence and Building Technology. <\/li>\n<li>Identifying, anticipating, and controlling risks that could threaten the product, process, or the office&#8217;s position, working collaboratively with the Leadership Team to mitigate them. <\/li>\n<li>Solving technical problems and working out architectural solutions through innovative thinking, clearly documented through construction and shop drawings or details. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>8 to 10 years of experience as an All-Around Architect, with extensive Middle East experience during design development, construction documentation, and construction administration stages. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in producing facade, architectural, interior finish, and interface details is a must. <\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of products, materials, and typical construction methods. <\/li>\n<li>Strong aesthetic sensibilities and design skills. <\/li>\n<li>Proactive and self-motivated, with a continuous desire to both learn from and mentor others. <\/li>\n<li>Fluent English communication skills (reading and writing). <\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit is required.
