Salary Range: EUR per year <\/b> <\/p>\n Define and execute the commercial and go-to-market strategy across the Middle East & Africa region <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Manage the full sales cycle <\/b> including client development, tender participation, negotiations, contract signing and payment collection <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Build and expand a regional partner ecosystem <\/b> including distributors, system integrators and strategic partners <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Develop and lead a regional sales organization (20 people) <\/b> to support large-scale market expansion <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Drive government and enterprise-level business development <\/b> across the region (B2G and B2B) <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Identify and close large strategic deals and long-term contracts <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Monitor regulatory changes, regional policies and market developments <\/b> to adapt the commercial strategy <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n 10 years of B2B or B2G sales experience in the Middle East & Africa region <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strong existing network with governments and enterprises across MEA <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Experience in drones, intelligent equipment or industrial technology sectors <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proven experience managing large sales teams (20 people) <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Demonstrated success closing large-scale strategic deals <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Deep understanding of local business cultures, procurement processes and regulations across MEA <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Fluent English and\/or Arabic <\/b> as working languages <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Strategic thinker with strong commercial leadership capabilities <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Highly results-driven and able to perform under pressure <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Capable of mobilizing regional resources to close complex deals <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Agile and responsive to market policy and regulatory changes <\/b> <\/p>\n<\/li>\n Natural leader <\/b> able to build structure and motivate high-performing regional teams
