chronic pain services, postoperative management and intensive care admissions and management. <\/li>\n<li>To maintain the highest standards of care for all patients, including regular audits and presentations. <\/li>\n<li>Teaching and giving support to more junior members of the department. <\/li>\n<li>To adhere to the manifesto of care expected of all physician at King\u2019s College Hospital. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Key Accountabilities <\/b> <\/h3>\n<h3><b>Clinical <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide an expert opinion and manage patients who attend King\u2019s College Hospital requiring Pediatric Care Intensive Medicine. <\/li>\n<li>To provide critical care management of patients according to established standards of best practice. <\/li>\n<li>Comply with the established King\u2019s College Hospital practices. <\/li>\n<li>Comply with the requirements of the regulatory UAE medical health authorities with respect to all professional practices. <\/li>\n<li>To advise and perform the necessary procedures together with obtaining approval from the relevant healthcare insurance company prior to performing such procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Accurately document all relevant patient information in a clear and timely fashion in accordance with King\u2019s College Hospital health record keeping policy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Clinical Governance &#038; Personal Development <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend all relevant clinical meetings unless on approved leave. <\/li>\n<li>Participate fully in all aspects of clinical governance making a significant contribution to clinical audit and risk management activities. <\/li>\n<li>Take an active role in identifying and reporting clinical risk. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to standard setting within the organisation. <\/li>\n<li>Commit to continual personal development (CPD) and audit to ensure evidence-based best practice is followed. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Administrative <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively manage own time, workload and resources. <\/li>\n<li>Comply with the UAE medical health authorities\u2019 requirements in order to maintain medical licence. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of computer-based patient records. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure confidentiality in all aspects of data management relating to patients, carers, colleagues, and other healthcare workers. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Managerial <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Clinical\/Medical Director and CMO with recruitment of new staff when required. <\/li>\n<li>Assume other administrative or clinical duties as needed. <\/li>\n<li>Be willing to deputise and delegate when appropriate. <\/li>\n<li>Support colleagues with the smooth running of the hospital by providing cover and assistance, during periods of absence. <\/li>\n<li>Welcome calls (although infrequent) from the management team, and physician on duty while out of working hours. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in an on-call rota for King\u2019s College Hospital. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Education &#038; Qualification <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>UAE Medical Health Authority License (DHA). <\/li>\n<li>MBBS &#038; Master\u2019s degree\/Post Graduation\/ Diploma in related specialty <\/li>\n<li>CCT or completion of a recognized specialist training program is preferable. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/b> <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years of clinical practice in similar setup post CCT\/CCST or Sub Specialty Board experience in an acute and tertiary hospital. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>Training, Knowledge &#038;
