Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Architecture \/ Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>4\u20135 years as Inspector on large complex projects, including field administration experience. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>UAE codes and authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, GCAA). <\/li>\n<li>IATA ADRM and ICAO Annexes for airport projects. <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with QA\/QC standards and site safety frameworks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Software Skills (2025 Updated) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), Navisworks. <\/li>\n<li>MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). <\/li>\n<li>Digital QA\/QC platforms and AI-based inspection\/reporting apps. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Soft Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication in English. <\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and proactive problem-solving. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Site Inspection &#038; Quality <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct site and laboratory inspections for architectural works. <\/li>\n<li>Assess workmanship and material quality, ensuring compliance with approved documents. <\/li>\n<li>Raise Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) for Engineer\/RE approval when required. <\/li>\n<li>Stop any non-compliant or unsafe work, referring issues to the relevant engineer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Compliance &#038; Documentation <\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify contractor\u2019s use of approved shop drawings and materials. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure Artelia site staff apply the correct documents and procedures. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and update hold points, inspection reviews, and QA\/QC documentation. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate daily site records and progress reports. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Safety &#038;
