The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing cardiovascular diseases and conditions. Evaluate patients to determine the most appropriate surgical or non-surgical interventions. <\/li>\n<li>7.3. Develop and discuss comprehensive treatment plans with patients, ensuring they understand the risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. <\/li>\n<li>7.4. Provide post-operative care, including monitoring for complications and coordinating follow-up care. <\/li>\n<li>7.5. Collaborate with other specialists, such as dermatologists, oncologists, and orthopedic surgeons, to provide comprehensive patient care. <\/li>\n<li>7.6. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patient interactions. <\/li>\n<li>7.7. Lead and manage the plastic surgery department or unit, including overseeing staff, budgeting, and resource allocation. <\/li>\n<li>7.8. Participate in hospital committees, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>7.9. Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and protocols. <\/li>\n<li>7.10. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies. <\/li>\n<li>7.11.
