The role combines P&#038;L ownership, assortment and brand strategy, trading, and cross\u2011functional execution to create a differentiated beauty destination that complements the core fashion business and drives incremental revenue, margin, and customer engagement. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the Beauty category strategy (mass, masstige, prestige, niche) aligned with the overall business vision and target customer. <\/li>\n<li>Own the Beauty category P&#038;L: revenue, margin, discounts, stock turns, and marketing spend efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Build a 1\u20133-year roadmap for the Beauty business: assortment depth, brand portfolio, channels (own inventory vs marketplace), and regional expansion. <\/li>\n<li>Analyze market trends, competition, pricing, and consumer behavior in the GCC to identify white spaces and growth opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Assortment &#038; Brand Portfolio <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify, source, and onboard the right mix of brands across makeup, skincare, fragrance, haircare, tools, and emerging sub\u2011segments (clean beauty, K\u2011beauty, dermo cosmetics, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Develop and own the assortment architecture (good\/better\/best, price ladders, hero SKUs, exclusives, sets and bundles). <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate commercial terms with brands and distributors (margins, trading terms, marketing support, exclusivity, payment terms, returns). <\/li>\n<li>Partner with suppliers to secure online exclusives, launches, and collaborations tailored for the platform\u2019s customer base. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Trading, Pricing &#038; Promotions <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and execute the trading calendar for Beauty (launches, campaigns, seasonal peaks like Ramadan, Eid, gifting, Singles\u2019 Day, 11.11, 12.12, Black Friday). <\/li>\n<li>Define pricing strategy and guardrails for the category, balancing competitiveness, brand positioning, and profitability. <\/li>\n<li>Plan and optimize promotions, bundles, and markdowns to drive sell\u2011through, AOV, and margin. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor daily\/weekly performance (traffic, conversion, basket metrics, sell\u2011through, stock cover) and take rapid actions on pricing, visibility, and assortment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Customer Experience &#038; Merchandising <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with UX, Product, and Content teams to design a best\u2011in\u2011class beauty experience: navigation, filters, shade and skin\u2011type attributes, routines, and discovery journeys. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure high\u2011quality product content (visuals, shade imagery, swatches, how\u2011to content, ingredients, claims, usage instructions) to drive confidence and reduce returns. <\/li>\n<li>Define on\u2011site merchandising strategy for Beauty: landing pages, category pages, ranking rules, cross\u2011sell\/upsell with fashion, and personalized recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Work with CRM and Performance Marketing to create customer journeys for new, lapsed, and high\u2011value beauty shoppers (sampling, loyalty, subscription, replenishment flows). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5. Operations, Supply &#038; Inventory <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with Demand &#038; Supply Planning on forecasts, launch volumes, safety stocks, and lifecycle management for Beauty SKUs. <\/li>\n<li>Align with Operations\/Warehouse on specific needs for beauty (fragile items, aerosols, temperature sensitivity, expiry\/batch tracking, regulations). <\/li>\n<li>Ensure regulatory compliance for beauty products (local registration requirements, labelling, restricted ingredients, import rules) in coordination with Legal\/Regulatory. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor returns, damages, and expiries; drive action plans to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>6. Data, Insights &#038; Continuous Improvement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Use analytics to understand customer behavior (entry categories, hero SKUs, replenishment cycles, cross\u2011category behavior between fashion and beauty). <\/li>\n<li>Build dashboards and review performance at brand and sub\u2011category level; rationalize assortment and shift investment to high\u2011potential areas. <\/li>\n<li>Test and scale initiatives (sampling programs, beauty boxes, subscription\/replenishment, virtual try\u2011on, consultations) based on data and customer feedback. <\/li>\n<li>Stay on top of global and regional beauty trends, new brands, ingredients, formats, and digital experiences. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>7.
