Position Overview: Project Director <\/h3>\n

We seek experienced Project Directors to lead and manage large-scale, high-value construction projects across Dubai. This role is critical in driving project execution on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. <\/p>\n

You will provide strategic direction, oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth coordination between all project stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. <\/p>\n

  • Lead, plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of designated projects to meet goals within scope, schedule, and budget. <\/li>\n
  • Provide timely and clear progress reports to the General Manager and stakeholders. <\/li>\n
  • Establish project work plans, budgets, and staffing; allocate resources efficiently across project phases. <\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements on-site. <\/li>\n
  • Manage interaction and coordination with Consultants, Clients, Safety Managers, Third-party Inspectors, and subcontractors. <\/li>\n
  • Evaluate project progress regularly and adjust plans\/schedules as necessary. <\/li>\n
  • Oversee quality management and address non-conformances through corrective actions. <\/li>\n
  • Lead risk management and mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns. <\/li>\n
  • Participate in budget preparation and actively control project costs to meet financial targets. <\/li>\n
  • Communicate effectively across all project teams and external parties, ensuring clarity and alignment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Experience <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master\u2019s degree preferred. <\/li>\n
    • PMP certification is a significant advantage. <\/li>\n
    • Minimum 15\u201320 years\u2019 experience in construction project management, with at least 10 years in senior project leadership roles handling high-value government or private sector projects. <\/li>\n
    • Strong command of English; Arabic proficiency is a plus. <\/li>\n
    • Proven track record managing large multidisciplinary teams and complex projects in the UAE or GCC region. <\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
