The CEO will drive sustainable growth, optimize service delivery, and uphold the company&#8217;s reputation for excellence in the UAE market. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a 3-year strategic roadmap to expand market share in the UAE FM sector. <\/li>\n<li>Secure high-value contracts in residential, commercial, and government sectors. <\/li>\n<li>Drive digital transformation with advanced CAFM\/ERP solutions. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee both Hard FM (MEP, HVAC, Civil Works) and Soft FM (Cleaning, Security, Landscaping) services. <\/li>\n<li>Manage financials ensuring revenue and EBITDA targets are met.  <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Requirements &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>15+ years in FM or Construction, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role in the UAE. <\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
