We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week. <\/p>\n<p><b>Are you ready to bring the right energy to Petrofac and help us deliver a better future for everyone? <\/b> <\/p>\n<p><b>JOB TITLE: SENIOR ENGINEER &#8211; SUBCONTRACTS <\/b> <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Engineer and Principal are experienced based assignments and the link between the operating staff of engineers and Quantity surveyors and the senior subcontracts management. <\/li>\n<li>These Roles have the first stage responsibility of implementing Company and Department procedures and processes. Roles calls for guiding and leading the allocated team to strictly implement processes. <\/li>\n<li>Depending upon the assignment Senior Engineer \/ Principal Engineer will be allocated on Proposals\/Project <\/li>\n<li>Award or Post Award Subcontract Management at Projects Sites. <\/li>\n<li>Both roles execute and support Dy, Manager\/ Manager with all activities related entire life cycle of Subcontracts at the phases of Proposals, Project Awards and Project Post Award Subcontracts management on Site. Activities include: <\/li>\n<li>Complete understanding of Functional Procedures and Forms in Departmental Quality Management system <\/li>\n<li>Strong initiative to digitalize processes and operate on company portal and platforms like SCMS (Subcontracts Construction Management System), Compliance &#038; Financial Due diligence platforms, Company ERP system, Site Admin Work-book packages. <\/li>\n<li>Strong interface with other disciplines at operating level for all inputs for ITB preparation and clarifications. <\/li>\n<li>Compliance to required Company stipulated Delegation of Authority Matrix. <\/li>\n<li>All Proposal stage activities (bid normalization, price implications) to ensure a competitive Construction cost estimates. <\/li>\n<li>All Award stage activities to ensure Awards within budgets. <\/li>\n<li>All post award administration activities to manage completion of subcontracts within final Forecast at completions. <\/li>\n<li>Leadership and hands on engagement in Administration of Subcontracts on in key aspects like Change management and Extension of Time claims. <\/li>\n<li>Close tracking\/ flagging validity of Bonds\/ Guarantees\/ Insurances on projects. <\/li>\n<li>Engagement in Risk review process at various stages of subcontracts life cycle and contribute based on experience. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence with procedures and promote continuous improvement for company\u2019s best practices, during project construction phase until close-out. <\/li>\n<li>Understanding and maintaining focus on Company Quality Assurance and HSE requirements in <\/li>\n<li>Subcontracts Agreements. <\/li>\n<li>Support and take directions from senior subcontracts management as required. <\/li>\n<li>Under guidance, support Commercial function w.r.t Client Variations and other matters related to MainContract. <\/li>\n<li>Activities related to deriving Proposal stage Construction Cost estimates: Finalizing Bidder list and work packages prequalification as applicable, preparing and floating of enquiries, clarification \/ discussions and final evaluation of Bids, selection of proposed subcontractors, selection of pricing, Client Price- bid pricing, Main contract unit rate pricing. <\/li>\n<li>Activities related to Awarding Subcontract Agreements: Finalizing Bidder list and work packages prequalification as applicable, interfacing with all disciplines for ITB inputs, preparing and floating of enquiries, clarification \/ discussions and final evaluation of Bids, selection of Subcontractors, Obtaining management approvals, preparing Subcontracts agreement, planning and assisting in Kick off meeting. <\/li>\n<li>General other activities related to SCMS, ERP, Obtaining Compliance &#038; Financial due diligence of Subcontractors, interaction for Management approvals and Reporting. <\/li>\n<li>General post award administration activities related to works during project execution from kick off meeting until close-out of Subcontracts outlined as under: <\/li>\n<li>Setup and maintain company procedure based Work book, logs, registers for Variations, Site instructions and Back charges. <\/li>\n<li>Track and periodic report Subcontractor performance evaluation and close out reports. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure functional Award Procedures are implemented and followed for any site based Subcontract agreement awards. <\/li>\n<li>Interface ERP and NEWGEN for invoicing of subcontractors. <\/li>\n<li>Track availability and validity of Performance and Advance Bank guarantees and Subcontractor\u2019s Insurances until close out of the Subcontract. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain database of important correspondence between Petrofac and Subcontractors. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare draft correspondence as required by Project management addressed to Subcontractors on contractual and commercial matters in coordination with senior team members. <\/li>\n<li>Support project and construction team in the clarification of subcontractor\u2019s scope and other terms and conditions. <\/li>\n<li>Provide support in handling Subcontractors\u2019 variation orders requests including scope disputes. <\/li>\n<li>Verify, study and prepare draft answers to subcontractor\u2019s claims and counterclaims in coordination with Project team. <\/li>\n<li>Assist project and responsible team members in risk assessment identification related to subcontractor\u2019s works. <\/li>\n<li>Review and comment subcontractor\u2019s invoices. <\/li>\n<li>Review and comment subcontractor\u2019s back-charges. <\/li>\n<li>Provide necessary assistance to prepare additional subcontract agreement \/ work orders with other parties in case of main subcontractor\u2019s default. <\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs for budgeting and cost control and support with team to prepare Forecast at completion. <\/li>\n<li>Assist in preparing Construction Fields\/ Site instructions. <\/li>\n<li>Supports team to develop and monitor relevant subcontractor KPI\u2019s. <\/li>\n<li>Support team during internal and external Site audits. <\/li>\n<li>Support team with subcontract close-out. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Essential Qualifications and Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A graduate experience Project Subcontract Agreement Awards or Post Award Subcontract Award Administration. <\/li>\n<li>Experience administration and management of Contracts or Subcontracts and in finalization of various Partnership Agreements.
