proposal of the best solution, conceptual &#038; detailed process design, process, and instrumentation diagrams (P&#038;IDs), civil and equipment layout drawings, power and chemical requirements, procurement, full cost estimation, life cycle cost analysis, and other submittal documentation as required. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate tender\/proposal content requirements, assess feasibility, and manage deliverables. <\/li>\n<li>Direct and manage a local team and company-wide subject experts to develop comprehensive, winning solutions, designs, and bids for multinational water companies &#038; EPCs. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement training for team members to ensure continuous skill enhancement and knowledge sharing. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with client\/end-user at all stages to ensure a successful outcome. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the engineer to develop technical solutions in line with the Company\u2019s standards and overall philosophy. <\/li>\n<li>Search and implement new technologies, processes, and product partners to ensure optimal solutions and opportunities for successful awards. <\/li>\n<li>Technically and commercially review and sign off proposals under the relevant management approval structure. <\/li>\n<li>Represented the company at meetings, giving presentations, and holding technical\/commercial negotiations. <\/li>\n<li>Develop in-house production of equipment and plants. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and negotiate agreements\/joint ventures with small business partners \/ key suppliers to boost project award prospects. <\/li>\n<li>Undertake, develop &#038; perform Company risk assessments &#038; HAZOP as required. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Expert in all Water &#038; Waste Water Treatment Processes. <\/li>\n<li>Interpretation of Tenders. <\/li>\n<li>Well-experienced in process and hydraulic design. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in design software. <\/li>\n<li>Experienced with the engineering of in-house production of water treatment equipment and plants. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of local and international water and wastewater regulations and standards. <\/li>\n<li>Effective interpersonal communication and leadership.Organizing, coordination, supervision, decision-making, task closing and reporting. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644 \u0627\u0644\u0639\u0644\u0645\u064a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Mechanical\/Process\/Industrial\/Environmental Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of waste &#038;
